I followed IMS Gate Academy’s YouTube lectures and PYQ’s solutions. After completing each subject, I used to solve PYQ’s. One of the prime challenges that I faced was keeping my mental strength and not getting distracted. IMS GATE Academy YouTube videos of PYQ’s solutions are indeed one of the best available resources out there. Their approach to solving questions was amazing. I used to watch GATE Ranker’s stories which motivated me to write GATE. My success credit goes to a lot of IMS GATE Academy’s YouTube videos which helps me to understand how to approach a tricky question. My tip will be that there is no cheat sheet for success. It all takes those basic elements as hard work, dedication, and consistency. So work hard, and try to practice a lot of questions.

For my GATE preparation, I first prepared notes of all topics I study and used them to solve a sufficient amount of problems and after completing a particular chapter I used to solve PYQs. During this last three months, I completely focused on test series and revision. Aspirants should focus more on their problem solving skills which comes with dew course of time by solving more and more problems.
